- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care by applying the nursing process during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring safe, efficient, and coordinated care.
- Administer medications and moderate sedation while maintaining continuous patient monitoring and safety protocols.
- Prioritize and manage patient care in a fast‑paced procedural environment, using time and resources effectively.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery expectations, and follow‑up care while supporting an excellent patient experience.
- Licensure:
State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License, or Graduate Nurse License required. - Education:
Minimum ADN preparation. - BLS certification required.
