Job Overview

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in‑home health care services to veterans in New Mexico. The role offers flexible scheduling on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00pm to 7:00am, allowing nurses to choose shifts that fit their own schedule.

• Provide one‑to‑one home‑care services to patients, improving their health, quality of life, and peace of mind.
• Maintain strong communication and interpersonal relationships with patients and their families.
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Graduate of a state‑approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).
• Newly licensed graduate nurses encouraged to apply (paid mentorship available).

Standard Rate: $42.00 – $44.50 per hour. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision coverage, Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (pretax savings account).
