Full-Time | $120K–$170K + Bonus
Growing pain management group seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and supportive clinical team. Open to both experienced providers and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.
Providers should be comfortable prescribing opioids and willing to learn steroid and therapeutic Botox injections. This opportunity is a great fit for candidates coming from urgent care or other high‑volume clinical environments who enjoy patient interaction and a more laid‑back team culture.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient pain management setting.
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
- Learn and perform injections and other pain management procedures.
- Work alongside Medical Directors, supervising physicians, MAs, RNs, and scribes.
- Maintain efficient patient flow and quality care.
- Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- $120,000–$170,000 base salary, depending on experience and location.
- 10% annual bonus incentive.

- CME coverage and malpractice insurance provided.
