• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
• Evaluate patients and residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

• Graduate of an approved vocational nursing school.
• Actively licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure as a licensed practical nurse.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
