SummaryPerform clinical services within the Behavioral Health Program as a Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for Presbyterian Medical Group in Clovis, New Mexico.
Responsibilities- Maintain active or associate membership on PHS Medical Staff in good standing and comply with all governing rules and regulations.
- Perform professional clinical duties as the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner of record for patients, following accepted standards of professional psychiatric practice, collaborating with nursing and ancillary staff, participating in multi‑disciplinary treatment planning, and thoroughly documenting in the medical record.
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve clinical and service quality as directed by program administration.
- Serve in a leadership role in the care of own patients, directing the course of treatment and educating staff, with input from nursing and ancillary staff.
- Perform additional duties as directed.
- Masters degree.
- New Mexico Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) – P credential.
- Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) credential.
