Purple Land Management (PLM) is looking for experienced mineral lease buyers for active oil and gas leasing in New Mexico's Permian Basin. This role involves direct landowner outreach and executing mineral leases independently within a defined territory.
Candidates must have recent hands-on leasing experience, be comfortable with fieldwork, and be able to work autonomously. Proximity to the Hobbs, Carlsbad, or surrounding areas is preferred. This is not a general landman position.
