Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with warmth and provide excellent hospitality.
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct detailed cleaning in lobby areas, restrooms, outdoor spaces, and back-of-house.
- Maintain parking lots, clean vents and hoods, and perform deep cleaning on various surfaces.
- Help restock supplies and assist with receiving food orders by following FIFO guidelines.
- Monitor food temperatures as per health and safety regulations.
- Communicate safety and security concerns to management promptly.
- Adhere to company procedures and the porter cleaning program.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- A reliable team player who can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant sanitation and safety protocols.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and perform various physical tasks.
- Constant hand contact with water, cleaning solutions, and food items is required.
