Job Title
Kitchen Hand
Responsibilities- Food preparation under the direction of the Head Chef or Chef
- Receiving deliveries and verifying that orders have been delivered in good quality
- Stock control and taking inventory of the restaurant supply, reporting to superiors
- Working as part of a small team in a fast‑paced environment, taking direction and working under pressure
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work space at all times
- Upholding a professional attitude in the kitchen
- Cooking, plating and presenting meals as instructed
- Culinary experience advantageous
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Previous experience in relevant restaurants
Venue Manager, Head Chef
Requirements- A valid working visa for Japan is required for all applicants
- Visa sponsorship or assistance is not provided, except for qualified ski instructors
Required for winter positions: available to work between December 1 and March 31.
