Retail Assistant Store Manager - Roosevelt Field Mall - Garden , NY

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, exceeding goals set by others, and raising store performance to its maximum.
• Motivate, energize, and inspire the team to provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Cultivate a positive team environment that promotes a safe and fun atmosphere.
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
• Recruit, coach, and develop employees to ensure a productive and collaborative store.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO® Brand values.

• Management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems and general computer proficiency.
• Experience in loss prevention and cash management.
• Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll management.
• Expertise in space management and visual merchandising.
• Full availability to work 40 hours per week.

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Involves lifting weights of at least 30 lbs.

Hourly wage range: $28.73 to $30.73 per hour. A full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week.
