Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on your skills and experience
• Hours:10 - 15 hoursperweek. T his is variable schedule.
• Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Holiday availability will include the week before and after major holidays,which may include weekends.

• Supervise, coach, and motivate your team across multiple stores
• Provide clear direction and support your teamboth in person and remotely

Keep Stores Looking Their Best

• Oversee seasonal transitions and ensure timelines and budgets are met

Solving Problems & Building Relationships

• Address storeconcernsand execution challenges
• Build strong relationships with storemanagementto deliver top-notch results
• Lead orassistwithnew orupdated storeinstallationsanddepartment resets
• Ensure Hallmark’s high merchandising standardsaremaintained

Stay Hands-On

• Balance leadership responsibilities with physical,in storework
• Manage time effectively across multiple locations

Physical Requirements

This is an active role that keeps you moving:

• Regularly lift 30- 50lbs.
• Push, pull, kneel, squat,standand walk for extended periods
• Work on sales floors and in stockrooms

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Reliable and consistenttransportationtotravelwithin your territory
• Availability including evenings,weekends and holiday weeks
