Sales Associate, – Albuquerque, NM

Responsibilities- Business Development – Prospect new opportunities and identify upsell and renewal possibilities with current customers using CoStar Group’s extensive market data.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients, growing revenue through consultative sales.
- Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends in the assigned territory.
- Teamwork – Partner across internal teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Focus – Provide outstanding support, share market insights, and offer solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales, or equivalent experience in the multifamily industry.
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative environment.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in‑person college or university.
- At least 18 months of successful CoStar Group sales experience.

- Data analysis and reporting ability, with strategic recommendations based on market metrics.
