Job Description – Sales Executive (Southwest Territory)

Do you have a passion for packaging machinery sales and the drive to grow business in the Southwest region?

We are working exclusively with our client, a market leader in packaging machinery, known for their high-quality equipment, excellent reputation, and strong employee benefits.

They are seeking a Sales Executive to cover the Southwest Territory (New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado).

This role requires a Spanish-speaking professional with proven experience in packaging machinery or related industrial capital equipment sales. A background in VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) and Flow Wrap experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the Southwest territory by building strong customer relationships.
• Promote and sell the company’s full range of packaging machinery solutions.
• Identify opportunities for new business while managing and developing existing accounts.
• Deliver technical presentations, equipment demonstrations, and tailored solutions to clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet with clients and attend trade shows/events as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record in packaging machinery or industrial equipment sales.
• VFFS machinery & Flow Wrap experience is a plus.
• Based in New Mexico, Arizona, or Colorado.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across a wide territory.
