Salary & Compensation

$17.00 - $25.30
* per hour. Compensation may vary by geographic location; the listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards.

As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will serve clients who come into our store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. You will speak about fashion and trends with authority—both in person and digitally.

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni-channel and fleet-wide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and apparel retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
