Neuroscience Specialist, Health & Science Professional - Albuquerque, NM

We are seeking a highly motivated Neuroscience Health & Science Professional (HSP) to drive sales and build strong customer relationships within the Albuquerque and Santa Fe territories.

• Drive sales in the assigned territory.
• Engage with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans, using live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Build rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments, leveraging digital tools to maintain engagement.
• Use internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Apply product and disease‑state knowledge to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions, using approved clinically oriented information and patient resources.
• Collaborate effectively and compliantly across Pfizer to address customer inquiries and advance company objectives.
• Complete all administrative expectations on time and in compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales, promotional activity, or one of the following: small‑business ownership, marketing, customer service, or account management.
• Associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Full‑time military experience.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a compliant driving record. No DUI/DWI or other impaired‑driving citation within the past 7 years.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or related marketing.
• Strong track record of sales or marketing success and territory management, with outstanding communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic area(s), and products.
• Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers, HCPs, institutions, or organizations).
• Residence within the territory boundaries.

• Territory includes:
  Albuquerque, Santa Fe.

• Annual base salary range: $76,000–$199,600. During initial new‑hire sales training the position is classified as a salary non‑exempt employee entitled to overtime; upon training certification the employee becomes overtime exempt.
• Quarterly sales incentive bonus is available. Comprehensive benefits include 401(k) with matching contributions, retirement savings contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.

• Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
