Salary Range: $10.00 - $25.00

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology and wardrobe planning.
• Adjust product showcase strategies for remote and in‑person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology, leveraging omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobe goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity via wardrobe, outreach, and technology usage.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and sales to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and retail experience in a fashion environment.
• Commission‑based sales experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
