Pay: $50,600 - $137,000 Annually

Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 9:00am - 7:00pm

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions
• Respond to and nurture inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits to convert prospects into customers
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings

• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability
• Inspired to achieve personal success and maximize earning potential
• Build customer relationships and deliver a positive buying experience
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $50,600 - $137,000. This is a performance‑driven position eligible for short‑ and long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold, manufacturer obligations.
