We're seeking motivated individuals for Inside Sales and Outside Sales positions who thrive on helping customers, solving problems, and growing business relationships. Our team serves contractors, businesses, and industry professionals throughout the Southwest, providing exceptional products, expertise, and customer support.

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and maintaining strong B2B customer relationships

Assisting contractors and business customers with product selection and solutions

Processing phone, email, and counter sales orders

Providing outstanding customer service and technical support

Identifying new sales opportunities and growing existing accounts

Collaborating with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Ideal Candidates Have:

Sales experience (Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Counter Sales, or Business Development)
HVAC industry experience preferred

Mechanical Engineering background welcomed

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

Experience handling customer inquiries and phone orders

Customer service and counter sales experienceA positive attitude, self-motivation, and desire to succeed
