Derrickhands - Permian Basin - $32.50/hr - TX/NM
AKITA Drilling is seeking experienced Derrickhands to support onshore drilling operations in the Permian Basin. These professionals oversee drilling fluid systems, maintain circulation machinery, rack pipe, and assist with rig operations while prioritizing safety and communication. The ideal candidates have prior field experience and thrive in physically demanding, rotational oilfield environments. AKITA offers long-term career opportunities with comprehensive benefits.

- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotational schedule including holidays, weekends, days and nights
- Experience operating heavy machinery
- Progressive crew training experience
