Responsibilities
You will empower clients by connecting them with vital community resources, offering guidance, and helping them overcome barriers to achieve self-sufficiency.
Additional Areas of ResponsibilityYou will help to foster a supportive environment that strengthens individuals and communities through education, outreach, and resource coordination.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Human Services, etc.) preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in social services, case management, or community outreach preferred, but not required
- Experience working with low-income individuals or families is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
