Flatbed & Step-Deck OTR Truck Driver

Salary: $78,000–$110,000 per year, full‑time position based in NM until filled.

• Haul open‑deck freight nationwide using the company’s trailer space sharing model.
• Plan, load, secure, and deliver freight with precision and safety.
• Manage freight schedule, coordinate deliveries, and ensure on‑time performance.
• Conduct pre‑trip inspections, secure cargo in all weather conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and crew to resolve any issue.

• Valid CDL‑A license with at least 2 years of experience.
• 1–2 years of coast‑to‑coast long‑haul experience on flatbed, step‑deck, or double‑drop freight.
• Excellent freight securement and tarping skills.
• Clean MVR with no OWI incidents in the last 5 years.
• Strong math, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
