** Summary
* * Join the team at
** Indian River Transport**, a leader in bulk liquid food-grade transportation, as a
** Driver Compliance Processor**. In this critical support role, you’ll work closely with
** Driver Recruiting
** and
** Safety
* * to ensure all CDL-A drivers meet company hiring standards and remain compliant with
** DOT
* * and
** FMCSA

* What You’ll Do:

*** Review and verify driver applications to ensure all documents meet company and DOT hiring requirements.
* Process and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) in accordance with FMCSA guidelines (Part 391).
* Track and follow up on missing or expiring documents including medical cards, MVRs, PSP reports, and background checks.
* Collaborate with recruiters to confirm that new hires meet all eligibility criteria prior to orientation.
* Work with Safety to ensure timely processing of compliance alerts, audit prep, and required file updates.
* Enter and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking and safety management systems.
* Assist with internal and external audit preparation, including DOT audits and internal reviews.
* Monitor ongoing driver compliance and alert appropriate teams to potential issues.

* What We’re Looking For:

*** support, or safety administration.
* Strong working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations related to driver qualifications.
* Familiarity with DQF requirements, CSA, and DOT audit preparation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation industry platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, AS400, or similar systems).
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Comfortable working with deadlines and in high-volume recruiting environments.
