Clovis, NM. Salary: $16.25 per hour. No CDL required.

Railcrew Xpress (RCX) provides safe, dependable transportation to railroad crews. As a Passenger Mini‑Van Driver, you will transport crew members to and from job sites based on their needs.

• Transport railroad crew members to and from job sites.
• Maintain safe driving practices and perform vehicle inspections.
• Communicate with crew and dispatch as needed.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and wait for crew or train as required.
• Create your own schedule as an on‑call position.
• Preferably live within a 20‑25 minute distance of the location.

• Minimum age of 21.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Less than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No careless, reckless, or failure to control violations in the last five years.
• No DUI convictions in the last seven years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions within the last four years.
• No auto theft conviction within the last seven years.
• Must pass a background check and negative drug/alcohol test.
• Clear the federal DOT physical exam if required.
• Capacity to lift up to 10 lbs and perform basic vehicle inspection tasks.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Use electronic devices and programs to record shift and trip information.

• Strong interpersonal skills; professional temperament and attitude.
• Ability to navigate high‑traffic areas and meet time deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
