• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about Culligan products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and resolving any technical issues.
• Process customer orders, cancellations, and requests accurately.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A patient and empathetic demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
