• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of water treatment equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site.
• Assist with the installation of water treatment systems in both residential and commercial locations.
• Conduct water quality tests to ensure systems function optimally and meet safety standards.
• Accurately record maintenance activities, service calls, and system updates in the company's records.
• Maintain and track equipment, tools, and parts inventories as needed for service tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and standards to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and customers.

• Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related technical - mechanical role is highly valued.
• Previous water treatment experience will make you stand out BUT NOT REQUIRED.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues efficiently; ability to think through new obstacles/situations and resolve them.
• Capability to handle physical workload of at least 50 pounds, including moving and installing equipment.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to customers.
• Relevant technical certifications or training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when needed.
