Job Summary

JMTest Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mid-Senior Calibration Technician to join our growing technical team. In this role, youwill perform calibrations, qualifications, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE) in bothlab and field environments. You will support complex calibration projects,mentor junior technicians, and help ensure precision, safety, and compliance with industry standards. What You'll Do:

• Performadvanced calibrations, repairs, and troubleshooting of specialized equipment
• Leadonsite projects and communicate updates with customers and management
• Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
• Support process improvements and technical training initiatives
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment qualification activities
• Documentcalibration activities and maintain accurate service records

What We're Looking For:

• 4+years of technical experience in calibration, repair, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of test equipment and industry standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Associate'sdegree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with automated calibration systems/software such as Fluke MET/TEAM (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with calibration, repair, and maintenance
• Experience with mechanical and digital pressure measurement instruments (preferred)

Travel

Incentives:

• $2.00/hour additional pay for travel projects
• Mealsubsistence for trips 50+ miles/12+ hours

Work Environment &

Schedule:

• Lab(indoors) and field (outdoors) work including mobile labs and trailers
• Regionaltravel required
• Standard
  40-hour workweek Monday through Friday
• Overtimeand weekends as needed
• Work alongside a team of skilled technicians and supportive management
