About this position
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our apartment maintenance team. This is a hands-on position primarily responsible for completing resident work orders, HVAC/AC repairs, and general property maintenance.
Responsibilities- Complete resident maintenance work orders promptly and professionally
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/AC systems
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
- Assist with unit turns and make-ready work as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
- Maintain property equipment, tools, and work areas
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC/EPA Certification required
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable and able to work as part of a maintenance team
- Available for on-call emergencies as scheduled
