Premier Dental is seeking a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-focused team. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care while working collaboratively with our dentists to ensure every patient receives outstanding treatment in a comfortable, welcoming environment. - Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Monthly afternoon team huddles

- 1 Periodontist
- 2 Full-Time RDHs, 1 Part-Time RDH
- 2 Front Desk Coordinators
- Dedicated Office Manager
- 3 hygiene operatories
- Black scrubs provided
- Primarily Fee-for-Service; 3 PPOs accepted
- Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Local anesthesia certification
- Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency with charting and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to periodontal, oral, and systemic health
- Ability to build strong patient and team relationships
- Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable
- Willingness to learn new systems, techniques, and feedback
