Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator

Premier Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing team!
We are a busy, patient-centered, multi-doctor practice offering General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics
. With exciting internal team advancements, we’re expanding our front desk team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Greet and check patients in/out
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments
- Verify patient and insurance information
- Collect payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow
- Manage daily front-office communications and tasks
- Previous dental, customer service, or administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dental office, insurance, and practice management software experience preferred
- Medical, dental, vision & life insurance
