• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• An active or eligible Ohio dental license (licensure fee reimbursement is available).
• Two or more years of clinical experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
• A broad general dentistry skill set, comfortable with restorative, diagnostic, and technology-driven procedures.

Flexible scheduling is available, including a three-day workweek (Wednesday through Friday) or a full five-day schedule.

• Production-based pay, plus a daily guarantee during your first 90 days.
