We’re seeking an Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, community impact, and delivering exceptional member experiences while guiding branch operations and team success.

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver outstanding member service
• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and performance
• Support member needs, including resolving complex account and service issues
• Monitor branch performance, including transactions, loans, and new accounts
• Ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence
• Promote credit union products and services to deepen member relationships

• 5–7 years of experience in a financial institution or similar environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional financial education preferred).
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of financial services, lending, and member service operations
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office
