We’re seeking an Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, community impact, and delivering exceptional member experiences while guiding branch operations and team success.
What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver outstanding member service
- Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and performance
- Support member needs, including resolving complex account and service issues
- Monitor branch performance, including transactions, loans, and new accounts
- Ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence
- Promote credit union products and services to deepen member relationships
- 5–7 years of experience in a financial institution or similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional financial education preferred).
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of financial services, lending, and member service operations
- Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office
