We are currently seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
Duties- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of precision measuring instruments
- Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools
- Familiarity with machining processes and CAM programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $19.25 - $20.75 per hour

- Basic diploma or GED equivalent
- Certifications/Licenses:
Tow motor license / Forklift certification preferred but not required - Excellent organization and administrative skills

- Ability to operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts
