We are currently seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting. This is a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of precision measuring instruments
• Proficiency in using calipers and other measuring tools
• Familiarity with machining processes and CAM programming
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Certifications/Licenses:
  Tow motor license / Forklift certification preferred but not required
