This role in summary


Day to Day (what a typical day or week looks like in this role)
Today, you might be providing service for internal operations. Tomorrow, you'll be trouble shooting and or repairing equipment with the team to achieve a proactive safe work environment. And, you may be monitoring and supporting operational equipment uptime for processes. You may also be participating in continuous improvement activities.


Your responsibilities will include


Provide service for support operations to achieve maximum productivity. Troubleshooting and repairing automatic assembly lines, weld lines, stamping presses, machining operations, finishing systems, conveyor systems, etc.


Minimum requirements


Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic Card from an 8000 hour program or 5 yrs experience as a Maintenance Mechanic


Preferred skills and experiences


Strong background troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, automated stamping presses, injection molding presses, along with having welding and fabrication skills
High performance candidate with experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret Mechanical Drawings, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Schematics, working knowledge of hydraulics, gearing, mechanical clutch and brake assemblies, welding, and fabrication.
Self-motivated to identify, analyze and independently work to find solutions and follow issues.
Possess excellent judgment and analytical skills.
Resourcefulness in accomplishing objectives and completing tasks
