This Role In Summary
Whirlpool is seeking a qualified candidate for the Quality Analyst role. The position is onsite at the Clyde Manufacturing Facility in Clyde, OH.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Solve product quality problems using root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
- Coordinate technician activities across all shifts to complete critical quality control reaction plans, including hold orders and reworks.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and problem solving methodology across manufacturing processes and product design parameters.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- At least 2 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience with OpEx, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar statistical analysis certifications.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plan, and Cpk/CPM.
