CNC Machinist; 2nd Shift

CNC Machinist Opportunity

Join our client's team as a CNC Machinist, where you will play a crucial role in producing high-tolerance custom tooling components. Your expertise in setting up and operating CNC equipment will drive the success of their precision manufacturing operations.

• Set up, adjust, and operate various CNC machine tools to machine complex parts to tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
• Review programs offline, perform metrology inspections, and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor and run multiple machines to maximize utilization and efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with minimal supervision while meeting production targets for quality, efficiency, and downtime.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certificate preferred).
• 3 years of experience in precision CNC machining, including mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and CNC G-Code (Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work off-shift schedules.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods.

• 2nd Shift with shift premiums (11%-15% depending on shift).
