Role Summary

Production Operator – Assembly Organization, 2nd Shift.

Starting salary $20.85/hour with a $1.25/hour shift premium for 2nd shift. Paid time off up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date). Benefits begin day one: medical, dental, vision.

• Continuously stand or walk up to 12 hours per day.
• Bend, squat, and lift up to 35 lbs frequently.
• Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation.
• Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
• Crate and package materials, parts, and products.

• 1 or more years of consistent work history.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of work in a safety‑minded environment.
• Provide a resume.

• 3 months of manufacturing experience, assembly preferred.
• Associate’s degree.
