Responsibilities- Assemble and install components using hand and power tools with precision.
- Operate efficiently on a moving assembly line, ensuring productivity and quality.
- Crate, package, and prepare products for shipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse or assembly experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to perform duties and follow safety instructions.
- Capable of standing and walking for 8-12 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Steel-toe or safety-toe footwear is required for safety.
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Weekly pay starting at $19.85 to $21.10 per hour.
- Potential for full-time hire with Whirlpool in as little as six months.
