Job Summary
Join our injection molding manufacturing team as a Production Worker. The role includes operating equipment to produce plastic parts for automotive, medical, and home appliance brands.
Working Conditions & Compensation- Shift options: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Starting wage: $15.50/hour; $16.00/hour after 90 days with good performance
- Shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift: $1.25/hour
- Overtime and bonus opportunities that may be offered
- Weekly pay
- Paid Time Off starting first week of employment
- Casual dress code
- Benefits available after 90 days of employment
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed
- Must be physically able to bend and stand for long periods of time (8–12 hours) and work near machinery in moderate noise levels
- Successful completion of a background check
