Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform daily fueling, greasing, and lubrication of heavy construction equipment.

Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections on equipment.

Check and maintain fluid levels including engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and fuel.

Inspect equipment for leaks, excessive wear, damage, and potential safety hazards.

Report mechanical issues and maintenance needs to equipment managers and mechanics.

Assist field mechanics with repairs and preventative maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate service records and equipment inspection documentation.

Operate service trucks equipped with fueling, lubrication, and maintenance tools.

Monitor tire, track, and undercarriage conditions.

Keep equipment clean and ensure machines are properly parked and secured.

Maintain inventory of fuel, lubricants, filters, and service supplies.

Support equipment mobilization and setup as needed.

Follow all company, OSHA, DOT, and project-specific safety requirements.

Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Equipment Serviced Excavators Dozers Motor  Graders Scrapers Loaders Articulated  Haul Trucks Rollers and Compactors Crushers and Screening Plants Pavers Skid  Steers Service Trucks and Light Equipment Qualifications High  school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience servicing heavy construction equipment preferred.

Knowledge of lubrication systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, and preventative maintenance practices.

Ability to identify mechanical problems and communicate them effectively.

Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Basic computer or mobile device skills for maintenance reporting preferred.

Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to climb, crawl, kneel, bend, and work around heavy equipment.

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as project needs require.

Safety Requirements Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Wear required PPE at all times.

Participate in safety training programs.

Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment defects.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of heavy highway or civil construction equipment maintenance experience.

Experience working with Caterpillar, and Deere, or similar construction equipment.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance scheduling and equipment inspection programs.
