We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated automotive parts manager to lead our Parts Department in Clyde, Tx. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory management, supplier relationships, parts procurement, and team development while ensuring exceptional support for our service department and customers.
What You'll Do- Lead the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor stock movement and implement strategies to improve inventory efficiency.
- Support service technicians and customers by ensuring timely parts availability.
- Train, coach, and develop parts team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyze department performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and inventory controls.
- Previous automotive parts experience required.
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to solve problems independently and make sound business decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
