CORA Physical Therapy seeks a Digital Health Specialist to join the Jacksonville clinic in a hybrid capacity. You will perform remote therapeutic monitoring and telehealth services, while continuing in-person care several days weekly.
Must hold a CAPTE-approved PT degree with Florida license (or in process) and have at least 2 years outpatient experience. Remote collaboration with clinicians and ongoing program development are key aspects.
