On behalf of our client, Northern Marine Manning Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef for a 4 week on/off rotation on a drillship.
ExperienceRequired:
- Relevant industry experience, including skills in a similar catering position
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge concerning food hygiene
- An understanding of operating a catering business according to strict budgetary constraints
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Passport
- Seamans Book
- STCW Designated Security Duties
- STCW Basic Safety Training
- Food Hygiene
- First Aid (Offshore)
- OPITO BOSIET (With CA-EBS)
- ENG1 / ILO Medical Seafarer
- Food Handlers Medical (OGUK)
