• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS or CPR certification
  
  Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

• Experience serving rural or underserved populations
• Supervisory experience with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants

OBGYN Job in Coachella, CA – Outpatient & Inpatient Women’s Health – Community-Focused Practice – Leadership & Teaching Opportunity

This full-time OBGYN opportunity offers the ability to provide comprehensive women’s health services across outpatient and inpatient settings. The physician will deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care; perform gynecologic evaluations; diagnose and treat routine and complex conditions; perform deliveries; and prescribe appropriate therapies. The role emphasizes patient-centered, community-based care within a collaborative clinical model. Providers coordinate closely with advanced practice providers and nursing staff, ensure accurate documentation, adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols, and participate in quality improvement and regulatory initiatives.

Additional responsibilities may include supervising APPs, serving as a preceptor for medical students and NP/PA trainees, participating in daily team huddles, supporting audits, and rotating between clinic sites as needed. This position offers professional autonomy within a supportive leadership structure focused on expanding access to high-quality care.
