IT Infrastructure Support Specialist
Job Summary:We're seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide tier 1 and 2 technical support and assist with system administration, network design, virtualization, and IT operations. This role is key to ensuring our users and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile issues
- Assist in network architecture, system configuration, and virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure/Entra environments
- Support patch management, STIG documentation, and asset tracking
- Maintain IT documentation and Knowledge Base articles
- Ensure infrastructure uptime across data centers and plant locations
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Power Shell
- Experience with Azure/Entra, Intune MDM, and hybrid environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- U.S. work authorization and export control eligibility required
Certifications:
- Cybersecurity or Fortinet certifications
- ITIL Certification
This role offers a salary range of $60,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year, based on skills and experience.
