Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facility approximately daily. Training includes orientation and on-the-job training. Communication skills include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator), make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen, and have motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees and above in some work areas, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to commercial dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 or higher, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Sensing includes talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.

Job duties also include delivering product by car and then to the door of the customer, delivering flyers and door hangers or any marketing materials, and requiring a valid driver license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Essential skills include navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, and must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides and beverages while performing walking and climbing duties, driving company products within a designated delivery area, and walking from delivery vehicle to customer's location and back.

Work conditions during delivery include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing, and far vision and night vision for driving.
