Your Role

You will be responsible for handling client requests and ensuring the operational continuity of their infrastructure. Client requests include remote hands interventions (e.g., migrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, configuration) as well as cross connect requests (installations, deinstallations, documentation, tests).

This position has a major impact on customer satisfaction, particularly through the respect of SLAs and effective communication.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical support to customer service and perform operational technical interventions for clients, particularly by handling remote hands requests.
• Participate in the implementation of technical projects and support activities, including the installation, deinstallation, and documentation of equipment.
• Write and ensure the application of assigned operational procedures and processes, including RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), MOP (Maintenance Operating Procedures), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Provide technical support to clients and perform the requested technical interventions.
• Handle remote hands requests in accordance with supervisor instructions.
• Perform equipment migration for clients through labeling, installation, documentation, and testing.
• Intervene in emergencies for troubleshooting and maintenance of client infrastructures, demonstrating leadership (rebooting, resetting, solving connectivity issues).

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, electrical engineering, or network infrastructure.
• Skills in fiber optic installation, network cabling, electrical cabling, and network configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good level of English (B1 minimum);
• Good communication and writing skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity
