LVN Position
LVNs are needed for full-time PM and NOC coverage across multiple psychiatric units. This role supports med pass, tele-psych, med-clinic, and general inpatient psych care. Candidates must complete required onboarding steps quickly, including medical Livescan, physical, and TB. Extensive training is provided before independent floor work.

- Perform med pass across assigned units
- Provide psychiatric nursing care to adult patients
- Support tele-psych and med-clinic workflows
- Document care per facility protocol
- Maintain safety standards in locked psych environments
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Complete all required onboarding steps promptly
- Follow timekeeping and reporting expectations
- Active LVN license (California)
- BLS (AHA only)
- Inpatient psych experience preferred
- Physical, TB, and medical Livescan required

Must respond immediately to scheduling email and complete ASAP - Orientation:
- Two orientation sessions per month
- LVNs & CNAs: 2-week training
- LVNs & RNs complete medication certification
- Approx. 6 weeks of training before independent floor work
- Facility prefers 1-year contracts for longevity
- Full-time hours (40/week)
- PM & NOC shifts most in demand
Weekly Pay Package: $1,635/week Hourly Pay: $35/hr

The Psychiatric or Mental/Behavioral Health LPN is responsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the psychiatric unit of a hospital, mental health/behavioral health hospital, or they can be responsible for care in community settings.
The LPN must demonstrate the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in collaboration with the care team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current LPN license in state of assignment
- 1 year experience in a psychiatric care setting preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
