Grounds Maintenance Operative

Working from Coalville Park you will join the team and become an Operative of the Grounds Maintenance Team working across North West Leicestershire district. Successful candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, have experience in Grounds Maintenance, be able to safely use powered pedestrian mowing equipment and powered hand tools, and be able to carry out works to a high standard.

The work within the team will be varied, so flexibility and a willingness to undertake tasks on a number of sites is needed. You will need to be able to work well within a team, be reliable and flexible within the hours worked and have good communication skills in dealing with customers.

• 37 hrs per week with an annual salary of £26,112 to £26,526
• 34 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 38 days after 5 years (full time equivalent)
