Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This role supports day-to-day operational activities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

  • Prepare and respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure prompt resolution

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and company policies

  • Escalate issues as appropriate to supervisors or management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field

  • Basic knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within customer support or administrative functions

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment & Reporting Structure:
This position works under direct supervision and follows established guidelines to complete assigned tasks. The role typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Independent judgment is limited, with guidance provided for most responsibilities.

Job Title:
Administrative & Operational Support Specialist

Pay Rate: $29 per hour (W2)
Location: Houston, TX – Downtown
Work Schedule: Hybrid (1 day onsite – Wednesdays)
Duration: Contract
Important: A Glider Assessment (Assessment #17938) is required prior to submission. Candidates must complete the assessment to be considered.

Position Summary
This role performs a variety of administrative and operational support functions to assist the department with day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting data compilation, analysis, and report generation to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project support across departmental initiatives
  • Compile, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources
  • Generate reports and executive summaries for leadership review
  • Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
  • Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of records
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or related role
  • Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the discipline
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
