Job Summary:
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for processing customer orders, preparing correspondence, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This role supports day-to-day operational activities while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, or other communication channels
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure prompt resolution
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
Follow established procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Escalate issues as appropriate to supervisors or management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field
Basic knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within customer support or administrative functions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Work Environment & Reporting Structure:
This position works under direct supervision and follows established guidelines to complete assigned tasks. The role typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Independent judgment is limited, with guidance provided for most responsibilities.

Position Summary
This role performs a variety of administrative and operational support functions to assist the department with day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously while supporting data compilation, analysis, and report generation to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support across departmental initiatives
- Compile, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources
- Generate reports and executive summaries for leadership review
- Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of records
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or related role
- Working knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the discipline
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
