Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports the customer service functions of a wide variety of administrative tasks including answering phones, processing vendor and customer transactions, organizing and maintaining information, and providing general office support

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering phones
• Process customer invoices
• Coordinate customer orders with outside vendors
• Issuing and maintaining sales and purchase orders in our ERP system
• Maintain relationships with outside vendors
• Support the customer service team as well as the sales team
• Perform routine data entry

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or administration
• Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
