- - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair production equipment in the Air Separation Unit and related plant systems (compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges, vessels);
Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipment and replace pumps and seals;
Conduct basic low voltage electrical system maintenance and calibrations of process controls;
Take vibration readings, oil samples, and grease rotating equipment; replace transmitters and calibrate instrumentation;
Perform preventative maintenance and document in the CMMS system; assist with plant shutdowns and on-call support
